Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. Orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Processing

All orders are subject to verification and acceptance before processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Once an order has been submitted, modifications or cancellations may not be accommodated.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions, and will be displayed at checkout prior to the completion of your purchase.

Shipping Carriers

We utilize third-party carriers to fulfill shipments. While we make every effort to ensure reliable delivery, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments to Canada, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by Canadian authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees collected at checkout.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We shall not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the event that a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, the customer must contact us within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the matter; however, we make no guarantee of resolution or reimbursement pending the outcome of such investigation.
